We ship our products via Royal Mail and may use other courier services depending on the destination country. We will quote your shipping costs during the checkout procedure where you can select your preferred shipping method.

Returns
We want you to be as happy with our products as we are!
If you are unhappy or unsure about your purchase please return your order within 14 days, provided it is unused, still in its original packaging, and in a re-sellable condition in order for a refund to be issued.
Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling charges incurred when shipping products back to us. Once we have received your return package, you will receive a full refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method.
